  • How do I make my order?
    You may checkout on our website (no online payment is required). Once we have received your order, you will receive a notification within 48 hours from us via Whatsapp/email to confirm your order details with payment instructions. Please note that we require full payment to be done in order to confirm your order if not order will be deemed cancelled. If you prefer to order via through other channels, we also take orders and enquiries through Whatsapp/Instagram (contact no: 96310817). Please kindly give us up to 48 hours to get back to you. Any urgent orders, please call us directly on our mobile: +65 96310817.
  • How do I collect my order?
    Self-pick up is available for all orders. We deliver to all parts of mainland Singapore at a minimum charge of $25. Deliveries to restricted zones (Sentosa/ Jurong Island/ Shopping Malls / Hotels / Hospitals / Schools & Restaurants are subjected to additional charges. Self Collection is at Tampines St 61. Address will be given upon checkout.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Full refund of payment will be made if cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance; 50% refund of payment if cancellation made at least 3 days in advance; any cancellation made less than 3 days no refund will be made.
  • How should I store the cakes?
    Please store cakes in normal refrigerator and not in the freezer. Do not take the cake out from the box when it is in the refrigerator. Take the cake out from refrigerator 30 minutes before cake cutting. The cake can last an hour in air conditioned room. For cakes with fondant toppers, you can minimize condensation on fondant toppers by leaving the cake in the box for 15-20 minutes once it is taken out from the fridge and transferred to air conditioned room. We strongly advise to arrange delivery near to cake cutting.
  • Am I able to request any cake design/flavours not listed?
    Definitely! We pride ourselves on customisation. So just hit us up and drop us a Whatsapp/email and we will work out the details with you.
  • Do the products have an expiry date?
    All our products are made fresh - only baked when ordered. We recommend to consume on the day of collection as it will taste the best. If not, ideally to be consumed within 3 days.
  • Will my order have knife/candles?
    All orders will come with one knife and candle upon delivery. If you require more, please state under special request.
  • Can I change my entire cake design?
    We allow for minor adjustments during the customization process. For example, adding of names and toppers (additional charges will apply). Once the order has been confirmed (i.e. payment has been made), please note that we do not allow changes to the entire cake in line with our cancellation policy.
